Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.rfidcardchina.com ("the Site") and all purchases of RFID products ("Products") made from RFIDCARDCHINA Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
  2. All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Placing an Order & Pricing
  1. Product listings on the Site constitute an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell.
  2. An order is an offer by you to purchase Products. A contract is formed only when we issue an Order Confirmation​ via email.
  3. We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel orders arising from them.
  4. All prices are in [Currency, e.g., USD] and are exclusive of shipping, handling, taxes (like VAT, GST), duties, and customs clearance fees, which will be added to your total and are your responsibility.
3. Payment Terms
  1. Payment is due in full before order processing and shipment, unless you have an approved credit account with us.
  2. We accept payment via [List accepted methods, e.g., Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal].
  3. For credit card payments, the card will be charged at the time of order confirmation.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Title
  1. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in the Order Confirmation. These are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events (force majeure).
  2. Risk of Loss:​ Title to the Products and risk of loss or damage passes to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier (for DDU Incoterms) or as per the agreed delivery term.
  3. You are responsible for filing any claims for lost or damaged shipments directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
  1. All sales are subject to our separate Return & Warranty Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
  2. In summary:
    1. Returns require prior authorization and an RMA number.
    2. Custom-configured or specially ordered Products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
    3. A limited warranty covers material and workmanship defects for standard Products for 12 months from shipment. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, or application outside specifications.
6. Intellectual Property
  1. All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, software) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Products shall be limited to the purchase price of the Products giving rise to the claim.
  2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
